You can't tell me that the interviewer's opinion of him was not tainted. Of course, we will never know how close he was to securing the position.

As to the question, well, it's no wonder that frustrations boil over with overcrowded and uncomfortable trains. Not that I am condoning bad manners and insults....
I don't think I would have laughed it off....
