How odd! I've heard of prisoners being charged with further offences but I've never heard of them being 'arrested' and questioned elsewhere. Is that how something like this would normally work?
shame they don't spent as much police time and attention tackling grooming gangs.

jackdawe...the affairs of Lord Tonypandy have been an open secret for many years. Is it only now you are finding out ?

I am not sure the procedure here. Perhaps New Judge can enlighten us on the protocol of further investigating a already convicted person. I, too, thought it was more usual to question him within the Prison.

I guess that he had to be arrested, so that he can be questioned under caution.
