I will look forward to it ;-)
It's as a guest host for 1 show only but Hislop/Merton will crucify him!
He's a good host.

I was expecting him to carry on with Top Gear but take it to the Sky Channel.
The beeb own the name Top Gear but the trio could attempt a similar show.
I will be watching but I think its a mis-steak - sorry

Yes, Jomlett, that was what i was expecting to hear.
He should be worried, Jomlett is right.

Hislop and Merton can be vicious.
Hammond and May are selling off their 'toys' and not yet expecting to work again with himself, apart from some international shows, but one call from Netflix could change that.
Consolation prize?
He's been a good host on HIGNFY before. I think the BBC bosses will relish the humiliation Merton and Hislop dish out. :D
Is it like not like a peace offering. Like they had to sack him but they really didn't want to so they'll let him do other programmes.

You just can't keep a Good Man down!
Let's get up a petition for Clarkson, Hammond & Mays to do Change Gear on Sky...
I think Hislop and Merton like Clarkson judging from previous shows, and him returning.
I suspect it won't go unmentioned, but I doubt they will crucify him.
// I doubt they will crucify him. //

True. They'll be too frightened that he might punch them.

I doubt they would do it on a channel with such low viewing figures. ITV or C4 would be more likely. Or even a foreign one, TG is huge in Scandanavia. Wouldn't it be ironic if the BBC ended up buying the show from a foreign distributor?
Sue Perkins to front Top Gear, yay. :-(
