Sorry for the typo.I got a zero wrong. Yes obviously £84,000 would buy Balmoral then.
You still cannot wriggle out the question which was not fiction.Did her family buy a council property under the RTB scheme or not? I just gave you a link to prove she did.You want another link.I can provide it.
This hypocrite opposes the RTB proposed by the Tories she hates but was happy for her family to buy a council property for the knock down price of £8,400 which was the work of Magaret Thatcher. A Tory no less.Don't wriggle and tell me that is not only hypocritical but ungrateful to the English as well.It was an old Labour Fogey who gave you our money(The Barnett Formula)Even he admitted it was a terrible mistake. How many times do we hear Labour admitting their mistakes.Even today Miliband reiterated the mistake on Labour's immigration policy."We got it wrong", no need to remind us chum. Why should the English worry about a hypocritical Scot who would bite the hands that feed them? You might think Sturgeon is smart and clever but only at the cynical exploitation of the English.
Back to the original question.Did her family purchase a property via the Tory RTB scheme at £8,400. A simple YES or NO will suffice for me.

I wrote the post at 2218.You didn't.How is that offensive.I wrote by typo £84,000 instead of £8,4000.OK that was an error on my part but it was a house bought under the RTB scheme be it for 2p ,20p £200 or £2,000.Yes or No. A property bought by her parents via the RTB scheme which she opposes. Is that being offensive to ask such an impertinent question?
Using "F U" is offensive for a start and since when has every politician had to adhere to the beliefs of their parents? If party colleagues can disagree on fundamental issues I am sure that parents and children can disagree too. It may be that Miss Sturgeon agreed with what her parents did at the time but that does not mean she is never allowed to change her views on that matter.

Sidetracking the question is typical of one who loses ground on an argument.
Typical political tactics. No one gets offended with "what the funucular" which I have seen many times used on this site. The swear filter let it pass as did my
use of F.U. Are you actually accusing me of saying F.U. directly at anneasquith like F.U. anneasquith? I can assure you I did not direct it at her personally and you must be some sort of Loon to think I did for one moment. Never heard the expression "Rockall Brains"? Now if I used the real interpretation of that expression YOU would be offended. :-)

Because in politics it is pretty dumb for an offspring to oppose a proposal that her parents were happy to take advantage of.That strikes me of crass stupidity and hypocrisy and any one with half a wit would wonder which way she will leap next when it suits her especially when she is relying on votes.I wouldn't trust a hypocrite any more than if Ewan Blair was polling for a vote and said ban all immigration just because his dads open door policy has shown to be a disaster and Miliband had to admit today it was a mistake. They will say anything for your vote but they should be careful they do not trip up and become a target for ridicule if they want a vote.

Well this descended... inevitably!!!
There one reason why the sale has stopped and won't be restarted and that's to do with the dire shortage of public sector housing in Scotland. They know that unless there are some major capital rebuilding programmes initiated pretty soon the situation will just get worse therefore don;t sell off the assets you have, makes sense to me

so why not begin a capital building programme then? one of the SNP's headline policies is to relax immigrtion controls for scotland, so that economic growth can be properly resourced. tht's fine, but where are these incomers supposed to live?
far better to have joined-up policies, isn't it? resource your economy, and provide for that resource. far more kudos thn just engaging in the politics of envy to make some empty political point gainst the (by then) irrelevant tories?
