It seems obvious that Scotland are doing something right, ie this super hospital, no University fees, free prescriptions and free elderly care, but what is it?

Then it seemed we didn't need one quite as much as was continually being claimed beforehand. (IMO we actually do. When needing hospital appointments the NHS can not even be bothered to set it up at the nearest, which is some miles away, even when they promise they will.)
