Will There Be A Newsflash When Royal Baby Is Born

Hi I'm wondering if the BBC or itv will interrupt programmes and announce when the royal baby is born

a) Why would it be naive to believe that the Royal Couple will pay for the services provided by the Lindo?

Your suggestion is that the Royal couple would have the charges waived because of who they are......I believe that they will insist on paying for them and would make sure that they receive no preferential treatment in that respect.
