News reports coming in of another earthquake in Nepal.

A few months ago BBC4 showed an amazing series called Rise of the Continents (4 parts, 1 hour each) which showed how the various continents had been formed over millions of years.

If you want to see WHY there are so many problems around Nepal look at his YouTube video. It is episode 2 of Rise of the Continents.

At 30 minutes in it shows how India drifted Northwards and "crashed" into Asia, forming the Himalayas.

This whole series is amazing and well worth watching if you have any interest how the current layout of the earth was created.

Lets hope all the International aid for this second quake is not held up at Kathmandu Airport, waiting on petty red tape to be dealt with, as happened in the first quake.
