We don't know if this story's true but I'd imagine they regretted their decision v soon after arriving when reality kicked in.
Question Author
True. I doubt if the glossy jihadist videos showed anything like the reality of what they were going to join.
As long as they aren't let back into the UK.

They might apply to bring their new husbands back with them when they return.
just what Britain needs, I would have thought, dave: people who've been there and know the reality. I can see them coming back here and telling their friends the truth about it, and that would be useful.
Allah will protect them.
I'm sorry to sound harsh, but they chose to leave , and should not be allowed back in the country ( if the story is true )
I thought that in their religion a man only had to say "I divorce thee" three times and that was the end of the marriage ?
I doubt women get the same option, dee sa.
Dee Sa, what if the man doesn't want a divorce? And it isn't as simple as you make out.

Totally, truth to offset the propaganda, these girls would be very useful. Plus, they are 16.
Isn't it nice we can still discuss these things. Mrs May was suggesting, on the radio this morning, such talk will be made verboten soon.
what did she say?
Hard to say. It was like nailing jelly to the wall for the presenter. No upsetting religious nutters, British values, no causing division, British values, no speaking your mind, British values, yada, yada.
As I've just said on AOG's thread on this subject, I hope they're not pregnant.
Was that the Today programme with John Humphrys Svejk?
Yeah, what do you think she meant?
Not a Scoobie Svejk... Humphrys seemed to get her a bit tongue tied. Whatever she came on to say she didn't achieve it!
thanks, sounds a bit bizarre.
It has been reported that two women, maybe not these same women, have run from Isis after their husbands were killed. These widows are reported to be pregnant. If they were born in Britain and have full British citizenship, I don't see how we can refuse to let them in again. It is up to parliament to bring in laws to deprive Britons in such situations of their citizenship, but I don't believe any such new laws have been passed. It is difficult to deprive native-born citizens of citizenship - unless they have taken citizenship elsewhere.
