Yes, it was all 'true'. (or Ofcom are as crooked as the rest of the 'establishment' & know the gravy train will be derailed when UKIP take power.)

Ofcom didn't claim that it was all true, they said:

“We found it was not misleading, taking account that it was CLEARLY PRESENTED AS A FICTIONAL DRAMA (my capitals), and that the depictions of Ukip policy were closely based on the party’s recent announcements, in particular on immigration and the EU.

“It was duly impartial because it included numerous statements, both from archive clips and from actors, who expressed support for Ukip and its policies.”
All the "regulators" are, and always have been, a waste of space.
A link is always good, although an explanation is even better.

So this is about this fantasy drama re UKIP winning then. Obviously it was fictional, and obliviously IMO created to put folk off of voting UKIP. I'm sure the actors and actresses taking the role of UKIP supporters/candidates would be expressing support. I'm unclear how that affects any judgement.

Still, not worth making a fuss over now.

I did say "grain of truth", not true.
