It is good that Bishop has got a new joke from this incident - he badly needed one.

The smear on Liverpool is hugely out of date. Pinching expensive wheels was rife about 30 years ago when fancy wheels were an expensive accessory. Petty crime figures are far worse in London (where Bishop's theft took place) than in Liverpool.
