Are France & Germany sending their troops also, not to mention the Arab countries?
And why do foreign troops always have to be trained by the 'dreaded West'?

Iran was the first country to send troops into the region. They have a ground force there supported by air strikes and drones.
Late last year, Australia got involved, sending their air force on strikes in the region.
Canada, Holland, France and Jordan have also led strikes (more about Jornand at the end of this post. With France it was air strikes, deployment of fighter planes to Jordan, and a support aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf.
Egypt began conducting airstrikes on ISIL targets in Libya on in February.
Libya also struck targets in Derna, reportedly in coordination with Egypt's airstrikes in February.
Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates began airstrikes against ISIL targets in Syria last year. I don't know the current status of the operations they're undertaking.
Finally, King Abdullah II temporarily lead the bombing raids on ISIL earlier this year, after a Jordanian pilot was murdered by ISIL. He claimed that their airstrikes had killed 7,000 militants in Iraq and Syria, and also reportedly "degraded 20% of the militant group's capability".
Pinch of salt time.

Because we & the Americans & the West in general are the main targets of IS & their twisted ideology & should be stopped ASAP. I personally would welcome a Western Alliance of troops to descend upon them like a plague of Locusts, but who would command such an army ?

I'll explain - it was a spam post by a young lady called Rose (allegedly), seeking the companionship of a gentleman, with the promise of etc etc etc...
To my knowledge, it's the first time it's ever happened in the news section, and gave a brief diversion from the topic in hand.
Normal service is now resumed.

I think the Middle East has been destabilised beyond repair by removing certain dictators (yes I know it sounds crazy). But they did keep everyone in check even if the West didn't like it. Now Isis are probing deeper into other countries and even Europe by hitching on the backs of migrants, the next few years will be scary. You can't stop a madman with a rucksack by launching cruise missles so I am at a loss as to what the solution is.

Not quite sp my darling wife found out and I had some explaining to do, I have been on the naughty step and had my conjugal rights put on hold for a whole week.
As I told her, how can I help it if I attract 'hero worship'. :0)
