A month ago I posted on a similar thing, that time Google's Women's World Cup search engine.

I was of course once again lambasted for daring to post such thread, stating that these all black silhouettes where just that.
Interesting to see that a few days ago google issued yet another, which again carried all black female silhouettes, except of course this time they chose to show along with the all the black female footballer silhouettes the forearms of two silhouettes one being black and the other white.

And it doesn't end there, while this logo is showing up in the U.S., Google’s Japan homepage includes a slightly different version of the logo without the U.S. flag prominently featured:

Wrong. as I have already pointed out, it is to reflect that the service is used more by women than men.
The World Cup design is a stylised cartoon rather than a literal illustration. The kits do not match any team colours in the tournament, the World Cup looks nothing like the one in the drawing, and it wasn't pink. The characters are not black people, they can be any skin colour the viewer wants them to be because they are silhouetted.
