Very disturbing, but I wonder what the figure would be amongst the civilian population, if they were to face compulsory drugs tests?

Sad to say it is rife and the management of the CDT's is wasting resources and I hate to say that yes... the infiltration of liberalism and lefty political interference has caused no end of issue within the military.

Watching the GSM's lunchtime beastings from my office was always a good deterrent, the efficiency and effectiveness of a good RSM/GSM has been very much eroded to the detriment of our armed forces.
