Just so there's no misunderstanding, I never said the Tories had to have a toff as a leader.
The point I'm trying to make is, what would Corbyn have to lose (except a bit of pride) if he did become the country's leader and all his socialist policies failed, resulting in an economic meltdown? I appreciate we've probably strayed into the political twighlight zone but do you not see why I can't reconcile a working class person voting for the middle class JC.
What a load of utter tosh, printed to sell a newspaper. One of the finest politicians that ever lived in my opinion was Tony Benn who was born to well to do parents & realised the trials & tribulations of the working class & joined the Labour party in order to counteract the injustices of the Tories. If Jeremy Corbyn is anything like Tony Benn I for one would heartily support him.
