Is it possible to send Mr. Seymour into a war zone? As you say, Svejk, repugnance at his attitude is something that I am certain all ABers will feel in common.

That came up as a dodgy link when I clicked on it. Try this one. http://www.breitbart.com/london/2015/09/02/guardian-writer-if-burned-falklands-hero-knew-anything-hed-still-have-his-face/
Maybe the first one should be removed?

Simon Weston displayed, and continues to do so, more wisdom and bravery than all of the creepy, hollow, ***e***ks that infest the 'free' (certain sections) press could ever comprehend. Send the Welsh Guards round to see to em.
Sounds the sort of comment someone who knows they have lost the discussion and simply lashes out, might make. If all else fails, abuse the one who has bested you.
I don't recall much overdone vitriol when Thatcher died.
''Overdone vitriol'' Eerr we are going to dance on her grave. Was that not gleefully proposed.
I remember it. Some really nasty comments about her.
Hel probably claim he was twaped.
Simon's face became disfigured carrying out what he saw as his duty and commitment to a cause in which he had the freedom to choose. I can only hope that they who have opposite belief strategies enjoy the same opportunities.
it's what happens when you don't agree with the left. Their sheer nastiness knows no bounds.
Oooeeerr matron. (not you TTT) The socialists are the least sociable.
I don't think I've ever seen a more pathetic comment from someone who is supposed to be a serious journalist. Even Katie Hopkins looks reasonable by comparison.

TTT

To be honest, it happens with the Right too.

Earlier tonight, The Daily Express had to suspend comments on this story. Seriously - some of the stuff these right winger responders were posting were truly shameful.

With my 'anti-Right' agenda, I was going to ask a question on here about it, but I averred. It was that nasty. Neither the Left or the Right have the monopoly on bile I'm afraid.

It proves that nobody is unemployable I suppose.

Cretin.
I think svejk was hoping that this post would unite left and right in condemnation of this pathetic man's pathetic opinion, rather than engage in a "who is nastier?" debate.
