That circular object in the corner of the bench near the MP's ear is, in fact, a loudspeaker. It is very easy to jump to conclusions, isn't it ?
The pose looks a bit too rigid for someone asleep. I'd rather the BBC apologised to avoid spending my licence money on a court action over this, right or wrong. Realpolitik, not scared of shadows.
One minute, some people on here are accusing the BBC of being pro-Leftie, and then its the opposite the next minute.

I don't have any problem in accepting that this Tory MP was struggling to hear with the noise going on.
They gleefully published their opportune snap with a message about uncaring tories, etc, etc. As you can imagine it went viral, with 'caring' lefties taking the ***. So though I'm not usually keen on apologies, I think it was deserved in this case.

Does anyone else think that BAZWILLRUN's insults are lacking a wee bit these days?

/// Bouncer, yeah, in the same way that Labour MPs are totally dumb. ///

Daft yes but never dumb, in fact you can't keep the *** quiet.
I'm no apologist for any of the Tory party but I would be cross if anyone accused me of being asleep at work and would expect an apology if it proved not so
