I hope you are all well and enjoying your first weekend in october.

I have been reliably informed that despite a good examination it is not yet possible for the problems affecting boaty's box to be solved and will take a few more days yet.

unfortunately I don't have no news as to the events in tiggydom so can only assume that no news is good news. his scrap platter last night held something special. lucky little thing.

please feel free to use boaty's dog and bone.

morning minty. sorry about yesterday.
Hi Minty, how's things.

Hee hee Jack, maybe you should be sociable and join in occasionally ;-).

'Tis a pleasant place to be.
Question Author
only responding to a request jack.
28c here today, blue sky, loverly, spring is springing.
I'm only up at silly o'clock because I could not sleep. Hopefully in an hour or so I shall be in the Land of Nod.
jack..this is the middle of the day to some of us ..lol....cold a bit better today so will pop up to see mum and dad later..watch a bit more rugby...
Question Author
sorry to read that jack. know the feeling well.
Question Author
glad to hear about the cold minty. don't overdo it. you need to be well in case there should be (sincerely hope not) a bit of an emergency and you don't need to be spreading your germs around.
I hope you get some kip Jack.

Don't go overdoing things Minty or I'll tell Boaty, then you will be in the proverbial ;-)
I know lady..need to be 100% to get flu jab soon as well....
managed to do a bit in the garden yesterday and plant up some winter baskets although summer ones still going strong !
Question Author
I had an exciting day of housework and window cleaning. if it stays fine today i'm back on the shredding as we've also pruned another bush. only a few dozen more to go. I've also got some sewing I need to get finished before the last week in November.

still really dark outside, clocks move in a few weeks so will be a bit brighter in the maornings but dark shortly after 4pm here...hate the winter !
garden shredder..what luxury ! sigh...
Question Author
I don't usually bother with baskets or pots in the winter (bulbs for spring) as the winds and salt in the air destroy them.
