You can't.

Go back to the Gym and keep on with the high protein diet.
Also, you aren't young forever - even Arnie realised that, and began reducing his bulk. Being pumped means your muscles stretch the skin like a balloon, and after a certain age that simply won't ever shrink back if you lose muscle bulk and tone.
Also, have you had a think about why you want to do this? The reason I ask is, you seem to work very hard, often long hours - you often seem to be concerned about money - so why would you then go and spend your hard-earned on a gym? You could 'exercise' via the things you do around the home, and in any case, not all women like those body-builder looks. If that's your thing.
DD... lie flat on your back... stretch yourself out ... get the remote in one hand and a kebab in the other. Just keep watching that 65" telly and you will forget all about the gym

Yes, you could. But if one goes to the gym, it tends to be a discipline, with all the equipment, but exercising at home, there might be a tendency not to take it seriously.

In any event, it will take time to build up muscle and bulk again.
Begging your pardon DD. Twas kindly meant.
Rather quick of the old mark if I may remark. Calm down a little?
