I think you will find Mr Cameron, that those wishing to come out of Europe, means completely out of Europe.

Yeah, that's a weird one anotheoldgit. It seems to be a straw man. If you google it, you will find hundreds of articles claiming that "many people advocate the Norway option", and then go on to argue against it.

What I couldn't find was any evidence that there were actually people who were advocating it in the first place.

By the 'Norway' option most probably are on the trading with Europe theme and lets face it especially since we import more from Europe than we export that will continue.
