It's the ridiculous obsession of trying to take all children out of poverty that is the problem. It just gives parasites like this a licence to breed, knowing that the taxpayer will pick up the bill. Anyone should only be allowed to have 2 children if they haven't the means to support them.

He's been claiming for 10 years. His youngest child is 7. Unless previously they managed to live on fresh air I can only assume that he supported them on his teachers salary.
