Just looked on FlightRadar24 and planes have departed in the last hour albeit, Egypt internal flight to Ciaro.

Have any news agencies mentioned anything along the lines of staff rosters, for the airport, for the day of the disaster?
Anybody suddenly gone missing/called in sick?
Or did somebody sneak onto the grounds through/over a fence?
It must have a keycard system so people's movements and whereabouts during that planes ramp time should not be hard to work out.
The perpetrator could still be there, doing their daily duties. They'd be indistinguishable from the innocent staff.

The airport has lots of CCTV. If anyone was there on the baggage side who should not have been, they can be identified. If IS had infiltrated baggage staff, then those on duty can be interogated. No maintenance was done to the plane in Sharm, only refuelling and catering.
There appears to have been a decompression event 3 minutes before the plane broke up and crashed. A toddler was found 21 miles from the crash site. So it seems the plane flew for 3 minutes after theinitial event until the tail broke off, and caused the plane to lose control. The initial event coyld have been a bomb, but it could also have been one of many mechanical failures.

I thought it was odd that the wings were laying flat on the ground, surrounded by scorch marks and not in any way pulverised by impact. They were, strangely, cleanly separated from the fuselage wreckage.
A decompression event should have led to an emergency descent and oxygen mask deployment. Assuming the pilots were not incapacitated by the decompression itself.

The initial event seems to have been in the tail section. The toddler changing area is in the tail, and the black box recorders are there. Something caused decompression, and that could have severed the cables to the recorders.
The odd thing is that the body of the child was found 3 minutes fight time from the crash site. But telemetry (from external monitoring) of the plane's behaviour does not show the plane acting irratically or slowing or decending until it was at the crash location. That would suggest the plane remained intact for a couple of minutes after the initial event until the tail snapped off and all control was lost, and the plane dropped like a stone.
From the photos of the wreckage we see the wings and the front section but nothing behind the wings. It would be useful to know where the sections to the rear of the wings are in relation to the rest of the plane.
A bomb in the aft hold would fit the facts, but so would a structural failure.
