Yes, it would but some couples are happy with just one child.

I suppose the child doesn't have to know until later in life which parent gave birth. So mummy and daddy will be the ones that look like...well...mummy or daddy.

I think fair play to them and I hope they have a very happy life.

The pregnant one is the one born a woman who wanted to be a man but is now pregnant by the one born a man who wanted to be a woman.
They can't transplant a womb yet!
