A couple of people -- one is right now, Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh, and earlier Naz Shah did. Two people who, incidentally, Trump would ban from entering the US.

What is so shocking about the idea that a country with some Muslims living in it might have a handful of Muslim MPs?
Jack Dromey's turn now to stand up in favour of imposing a ban, so in fact (and perhaps surprisingly) there are certainly a few people taking this debate seriously.
I suppose it is quite good that we will get a succession of people standing up and doing the Voltaire bit.
And it'll keep them out of the bar :-)
But to be honest, I am almost embarrassed that this is taking place at all
I find it very strange that there is a debate regarding the admittance of one solitary individual into your country, yet you're admitting hordes of others with hardly a word being uttered.

I would take a debate more seriously if our English Constitution considered the ramblings of one Anjem Choudary living in our midst and unfortunately more likely to wish us harm than Donald Trump.
How many jobs has that treasonable scrounging pariah created in his country? None. Currently on bail I believe!!! Has trump committed a criminal act ???

We will not reissue visas, nor will we issue new visas, except for compelling and proven humanitarian reasons or where the national interest of our own country requires. This directive will be interpreted very strictly. ///
