Talbot I taught basic literacy .It is quite frightening how many inmates of prison are virtually illiterate. The huge majority of murderers are totally 'normal' they just 'lost it' for a short while, often after years of provocation.
I am completely certain that if every one left school fully literate there would be much less crime.
Even here on AB it is noticeable that most of the questions from people who have committed GBH, ABH or common assault show a lack of basic literacy.
It can't all be down to coincidence!

It's rapidly getting out of order and deteriorating towards personal attacks. I would suggest some 'cease and desist' - not least that this is the sort of thing that puts outsiders and some folk off......

I agree with the literacy comment....that transposes itself above anything to do with race, religious creed and what other minority bigotry one wants to cook up.
