"I've had thousands of people call me a liar, a *** and a little *** for a year."
Wouldnt argue with her...seems like the names are well deserved and thats based on her own admissions Ive been reading from the court case
And no im not supporting AJ in any way here...he knew exactly how old she was at the time, simple as that, so he knew exactly what he was doing...
Id like to see a pic of her to see how old she looked when AJ got involved with her though, if he hadnt of known her age and she say looked 20ish would peoples views still be the same...if he though she was of a legal age, ok hed still be guilty but would people so anti him.
This is not knew , these footballers are a target for these slappers thats for sure, Ive seen it with my own eyes...
in this case he only has himself to blame, but ive seen girls literally throw themselves at footballers, its actually been embarrassing to watch....Im talking ex england players and what was the old 1st div players...not a one off either , on a reg basis...they used to go to these particular clubs on certain nights purely because these fellas would be in there.
i know some of these footballers arent the best firing spark plugs in the engine at times, but I think they need to start asking to see ID's because its still going on, even more so than before..

My initial question to baz was purely whether he classed Evans' victim as a slapper since Baz himself knows lots of examples of females who he classes as 'slappers'.
The two cases are of course different but the principle remains the same with regard to supposed promiscuity.

bazwillrun - I know that immature girls throw themselves at famous people - but it doesn’t mean that the famous person has to catch them!
This is not some spotty teenager, he is an adult professional athlete in a relationship and expecting a baby. He should have put aside childish exploitation of vulnerable children by now. Remember, the charge is not only sex with a minor, it is grooming – that is what child abusers do.
You can mitigate from now until doomsday, but any detached view sees an adult exploiting a child, and he is rightly on trial for it.

And if my aunty had a moustache, she’d by my uncle.
He DID know how old she was! That’s what he is on trial for. She is a child!
He’s definitely in the wrong … the end.

trt - //Going by the verdict a week or so ago, the millionaire guy from dragons den was found not guilty, so by rights AJ should be found the same. //
Cases are individual, and tried on an individual basis - using evidence unique to each case.
You may have cause to be grateful for that if you are charged with speeding, and they don't sentence you the same as the last guy before you who caused death by dangerous driving.
Car ... court ... man driving ...obviously the same ... except they are not, are they.

AH and ag...why dont you both read and then process exactly what I wrote..
somedays its just not worth chewing through the restraints...where have I said hes not responsible ?
I said she at some point is to blame as she even said what she was going after and by her own admission said she knew it was wrong.. when he knew her age and started to groom her then its all down to him, now stop trying to distort whats been said.
at no point whatsoever have i tried to or implied he is not responsible for his actions..until he knew her age hed done nothing wrong, as im willing to bet he never though she was 15, young, yes, but legal !
read and process, its not difficult if youre as intelligent as you claim to be

Baz - my main bone of contention was your statement 'these slappers'. I brought up the Evans case as I wanted to establish if you feel the same way.
Yes, you have attached blame to Johnson but as I pointed out you immediately wondered if 'she' had learnt her lesson, not him. You then accused me of twisting your words!

divebuddy - //I am fairly sure that being charged with speeding is a little different to being charged with causing death by dangerous driving. //
It's an analogy!
My point to trt is that - just because someone is not found guilty of what appears at face value to be a similar charge, does not mean that the defendant here is automatically not guilty, or that he will be found not guilty on the basis of the other case.

trt - //How come he has admitted grooming the teenager and has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual activity with her, but denies two further charges.
How come the first and second case are different, if they are with the same girl? //
I believe it is a matter of the severity of the different offences.
One of the charges I believe, is sexual contact, which he has admitted. Legally this is confined to touching. Another charge involves penetration, which is legally a more serious charge, carrying a greater sentence if proved, and this I believe he is denying at the moment.
