So he is taking 10 back eh. Well
1) how is he allowed to do that and
2) does he think 10 will make any difference?

Why doesnt he put his hand in the very rich Vatican's pocket and provide a deluxe camp or something if he is so worried?

I do not know the exact location they will be staying but the indication is it will be somewhere in the Vatican City so it is up to him where he puts them.
