In another thread jno claims that he is but I think he may have missed my request for further information so I thought I'd start another thread to get it all out in the open like the anti British/left wing like. So jno can you please supply links and detail of Boris's crimes, I'd hate to back someone without full data and I know you can help me out here, thanks.

Quite frankly I almost never agree with what jno writes and almost always agree with TTT. I rather think it is a little mean to dedicate one OP against another ABer no matter how misguided and anti- British they may be.
No Boris is not a criminal and I would happily see him as the next leader of the Tory Party. A person who looks after our interests. :-)

retro, Boris looks after Boris's interests. As I mentioned elsewhere, I don't have a problem with Cameron. But Boris is not to be trusted.

The previous Mayor of London is a paragon of virtue, the next (probably Khan or God forbid Goldsmith) are not glibly labelled crooks or criminals. Yet Boris, who has done admirably is. His youthful forays with people of the opposite sex is now to be deemed to be beyond the pale, whilst say, Mandelson's deviant proclivity is not. Also evil Mandelson's private life is much less scrutinised and his financial "dealings" are not an issue for the blind in the left eye amongst us.

If Boris Island goes ahead but the estuary bird life fails to realise that it needs to magically relocate itself and it becomes an immensely expensive white elephant (instead of, rather than as well as anything actually crashing, due to bird strike) *then* he'd have a crime to his name.

A third runway for Heathrow *and* a second runway at Gatwick should help keep London property prices from rising out of reach of coming generations. No need for 3am movements when you have adequate capacity during normal waking hours.
