Since when did he become a knight?

By the way. I know most of you like the NHS. It won't last long if you vote to remain.

Question of time, jackdaw.
"..the NHS. It won't last long if you vote to remain."
You silly-billy. It won't last long if you continue to vote Tory.
TheChair, what an idiotic statement to make.

If we remain in the EU the NHS will not remain. We are the only country with it, the Germans, sorry Bruxelles, will not allow it to continue. Quite simply it does not fit into every country being equal.

If you believe otherwise you are sadly deluded.

Europe will sign up to TTIP later this year. That will lead to the end of the NHS. I know you won't believe me, read about it in the Guardian. Or read what the unions have to say about it.
Of course, it's possible, likely even, that Cameron would like to sign us up to TTIP anyway but I don't believe he'd get that through Parliament. (remember, the place where our MPs do the bidding of the people)
Good to see you are now reading the Guardian and are card carrying unionistas. Well done.

I caught the last half of 'Any Questions'. The problem with Farage is that he is good at preaching to the already converted, but the rest just laugh at him because he has no credibility.

Yeah, strange times, gromit. All the AB lefty's suddenly love America and 'big business'.
Svejk,
Classic mistake. Defending the President or Marie Le Pen or Junckner's right to have an opinion does not mean we support them. Obama is saying what he is saying because he believes that is better for America. The fact that people agree he can express an opinion, does not mean we think it is right.
love big business? One of the good things about the EU is they're big enough to take on the likes of Google and Microsoft. Britain alone can't manage it - in fact Britain is still standing back wringing its hands because companies like Amazon don't feel like paying tax.
The remain camp had plenty of support last.....amazing when consider that the program came from Tunbridge Wells ! Farage, as usual just sounded like some braying donkey....no wonder he can't himself elected, no matter how many times he tries.....zero credibility
Farage is no donkey. His political observations have highlighted the dubious behaviour and malevolent intentions towards our national interest.
You deride a decent man who's patriotism exposes the delusional self interest of the liberal left. You know who you are.
Farage is just a mouth on a stick as far as I am concerned. He made of his "we are going to change the face of British politics" before the last Election, but his Party ended up with less representation at Westminster than the day before the Election. Even the solitary MP is at odds with the Leader of the Party.

Whatever the result of the coming Referendum, UKIP will be finished. Farage has repeatedly stated that his Parties sole aim is to have a Referendum on our Membership of the EU. Whatever we all decide in June, UKIP will have run its course.

You are obviously not facing the same dilemma that I am. Voting to leave will not just make UKIP irrelevent, it will make Farage and his other 23 MEPs jobless.

Having secured an OUT vote surely they will do the honourable thing and resign as MEPs en masse. Surely they wouldn't hang on to their salaries for two more years?
Gromit....

" Surely they wouldn't hang on to their salaries for two more years?"

Well, considering they have all had their collective snouts deeply buried in the trough that they so despise for years, yes I do !

If we vote to stay, Farage will have failed and lost the argument.

If we vote to leave, his "job will have been done"....a phrase that he has used on countless occasions.

Either way, UKIP are dead men walking.

My best guess that some of them at least will apply to re-join the Tory Party that spawned then in the first place.
Dead men walking, mikey?

You'd better take a look at what's happening right outside your front door!

ChillDoubt,
UKIPs prospects in Wales are being massively over hyped (as they were at the General Election).
They will not win 10 seats. They have no seats now, and I will be surprised if they win any.
"UKIP on the rise"

How many times have we heard that before !

But why would anyone vote UKIP in what are, in effect, local Elections ?

UKIP is a Party set up to get Britain out of Europe. Even if they do win some Assembly seats, how is that going to further their campaign ?

Wasted votes, yet again.
Apparently Neil Hamilton is standing for UKIP.

Now thats a name to conjure with isn't it ! The Brown Envelope man !
