Londoners still recall Tower Hamlets vote rigging fiasco and the Asian mayor promising social housing to his own first. London is not alone with regards to the introduction of corrupt vote rigging practices but given the Asian population of London and it's boroughs in West London there could well be a little duress and coercion happening as I type. That might swing it for him.
