I've just been listening to a discussion on this and although this has been going on for two years there have been no other allegations against him. I agree with janbee. This trial by AB is disgraceful. It seems to me that, as in so many of these cases, some people relish the prospect of seeing the accused found guilty.

I would be very surprised if this reaches court.
That will result in the usual media frenzy about an 'innocent man' being 'hounded' but that is not the case.
The police believe they have evidence sufficient to mount a prosecution, and that is not undertaken lightly.
Failure to produce enough evidence is just that - it does not indicate that there was no evidence, or that the case was malicious, but it will be spun that way by the media.

I agree with the comments about the assumption of being guilty without charge or trial....
What, unfortunately, it is fuelled by is his name on that infamous Elm Lodge list photograph. That, in part, is the smoke that the Press have picked up on, the question being is there a fire there to be fanned by the Police and the DPS.
