There's a couple of old generals, long forgotten, who could be removed and their plinths used for more modern art.

some of the fourth-plinth works have been very good (not the current one). thought Keith Park was an appropriate choice, as the man who did much to save London, but he too was only temporary.

yeah woof that was the daft Lady that said she was proud to be the only one in the square "not famous for killing people" - thereby completely misunderstanding how she came to be living in a nation that gives a civilised life, even to those that hate it. Clearly a leading light of the ABC.
