why the hell do these airlines keep on plying people with drinks? There should be a strict no alcohol policy with flying. Some airlines and airports have only themselves to blame.

You have got to hope that the "heads" who caused the trouble get charged and are pursued by the operators, police, and everybody who was inconvenienced, for compensation and the full reimbursement of all costs.
What I am saying Mikey that is if airlines didn't sell booze and duty frees on flights, fares would go up. The cheap airlines rely on these sales. Half p****d louts should not be allowed on board, unfortunately some airlines are not as strict as they should be. Personally i don't drink anything except water on flights. Lots of it.
