No, no, ummmm. It should not be up to them.

You will see from my contribution to the earlier question that many Muslims (almost exclusively women) are being severely disadvantaged and badly treated by the existence of these “courts”. There should be no parallel legal system in the UK. The courts operate within the law of the UK which has been framed by Parliament and which is interpreted by the official judiciary in accordance with established guidelines. Encouraging people to take advantage of this “arbitration” is fraught with danger.

No he does not. that is exactly how Europe and the UK will become part of the Islamic enclave. It is a stated aim of them to reclaim Europe and they are doing it by stealth. They threatened to invade Euro[pe and that is exactly what they have done, all be it not in the conventional sense.

No Peter, it is seldom by agreement. Muslim women are controlled by their men and if they should want to take advantage of the proper legal system they would have very little opportunity to do so. Many of them believe that they have no choice but to submit to the Muslim Councils and for them proper justice is not an option.
