Is there anything this man wont do to get his own way?

He has to go down as the worst PM ever surely?

Many good replies to youngmafbog`s original question and comment. The worst scenario following a Tory collapse would be the election of a Corbyn-led Labour government- then we really would have a horror story to live with. Most likely outcome is a reformed Tory party - get rid of some of the incompetent posh boys and EU grovellers and perhaps bring in someone like David Davis.
Chris...what you are most likely to get is PM Boris !

Whatever happens, its going to the night of the long knives, all over again.

History has a terrible habit of repeating itself.
It was a growing section of the people that wanted a referendum, until it was difficult to ignore and the Tories cracked first and started making promises. Ideally UKIP should have got into government, but the people don't like giving their vote based on a single issue. (IMO it would have been worth it as an exception, but it seems it may not be needed after all. All UKIP had to do was exist and get publicity.)
Anyway, for the thread title it is clear this thread is about a particular party and specifically their leader.
TTT...there is no sign of a civil war going on in the Labour Party, but overwhelming evidence that its a fight to the death within the Tories.

You voted for Dave, I didn't, so its a matter of very little concern to me.
OG....UKIP will never "got into government"

Whatever the result of this Referendum, UKIP is dead in the water. Farage has stated on many occasions that his only reason for leading the Party was to get a Referendum. They have no other policies...as you say, they are a single issue affair.

RIP UKIP.
//there is no sign of a civil war going on in the Labour Party,//

perhaps not as visible - but if the "beast of bolsover" has turned, it could well be the start of a revolt......
Isn't there any Tory voter on here that is going to try to defend the man that led the Party they voted for just 13 months ago ?
Don't worry, he will end up with egg on his face when the country vote to leave.
pips....I really don't think he cares.

He has already told that he won't be leading the Tories into the next General Election in 2020, or maybe earlier. He will just fade away, like other previous Tory Leaders, and retire to grow roses.
But not red ones.
Mikey, //Isn't there any Tory voter on here that is going to try to defend the man that led the Party they voted for just 13 months ago ? //

I already have - but then you don't really read other people's posts so no surprise you missed mine.
lol Zacs !

But do roses come in a blue colour ? Very rare if they do.
The Labour Party fears that ordinary Labour voters are drifting towards the exit. The party may not be split but its voters are.
No. All blue roses are dyed. I'd they're not what they appear to be. See the correlation?
Mikey, He will just fade away like other previous Tory Leaders//

Haaa! And there were you only days ago singing the praises of John Major's speech on the EU. You really are confused.
Ah...so you mean false then Zacs...could be on to something there !
The vast majority of business chiefs are pro-Europe so it should be no surprise that of business leaders receiving gongs, most are Remainers.

Cameron does not nominate the people for gongs, and an all party committee approves those that get them.

So the accusation is bolox and yet more desperate nonsense from the Brexitters.
Mikey, I get the impression you're ignoring me. Can't think why. ;o)
Statistically this is neither corrupt nor a surprise. As the vote hovers round 50-50 then at least half of gong receivers are going to be pro-EU, added to that the majority of big business/corporations are also pro-EU and usually Tory. What else would one expect? Scraping the barrel to discredit IMO.
