If you read again I said 'is/was awash' and referred to the armoury at Molesley St. Back in the 90s the youff would take pot shots at ambulance crews and fire officers attending incidents. One may call it a personal act of terrorism but there again since it isn't from a terrorist group it falls into the area where any violence by an individual excused by some existing cause could be labelled "terrorism". I'd suggest it is better defined as an "act of terror" rather than "terrorism", which implies an ongoing campaign.
