TTT.....There was an article in the BBC News a few days ago, that said no charges had been made for this new offence yet....( A Welsh Police force I think ? )

Apparently they are proceeding with verbal cautions at the present time.

But pressure needs to be kept on the Police, otherwise my worry is that they will ignore this, in the same way that they seem to ignore people using thier phones and not wearing seat belts.

I am not sure what difference it makes if one is a smoker or not....
surely even smokers can't be in favour of smoking while in a car with young children ?

I would like to think that mikey but they do in fact gas their own children in the car and the home, that is why this legislation is necessary.

Both my parents smoked & lived to their 90s without much medication. Ive reared 3 (now healthy adults) when I smoked. Sqad threads show my medic probs (nil) but dont wanna chance fate.
