/// Offering a bursary of £20,381 for just a year's work, it writes: “All roles advertised through Creative Access are only open to UK nationals from a black, Asian or non-white ethnic minority. ///

Obviously the BBC are showing their true colours once again, or at least their preference for them.

oh no
I don't understand why the BBC do this - they must be aware that they will be called out for it.
The right-on luvvie 'elite' liberals that run it think they are right on everything. I doubt it crosses their tiny little minds it will pee off the tax payer that funds it.

And yes, the license fee is a tax.
//Offering a bursary of £20,381 for just a year's work//

So it's not actually a job then, it's a training scheme with a grant.
Yes it is, so ?
// ..Currently there are no legal guidelines in place for advertising jobs ..//

I'm genuinely amazed by that. So you can advertise a job and state 'Whites / non-whites only' ? ...incredible.

oh sorry, not a job, a 'training scheme with a grant', so that's alright then.
Can i use the same criteria for people that work for me ?

I strongly suspect if you advertised for a post for whites only Plod would find some law or other to prosecute you. And rightly so.

Thanks Zacs for kindly bringing to light my previous thread on this subject.

It goes to prove that the BBC is still being allowed to get away with this blatant discrimination against whites.
No probs.
Positive discrimination is unlawful but positive action is lawful in some circumstances - see the 2010 Equality Act)

I am not a legal expert but I suspect the BBC are relying on this being seen as a training bursary rather than salary which seems a very fine line to me. I am sure the BBC is not the only organisation to do this sort of thing but they must be aware that the press will pick up on anything like this so you'd think they would not get involved as it's hardly crucial to their organisation.
"so you'd think they would not get involved as it's hardly crucial to their organisation. "

they are on a left wing crusade to make sure this countries identity is destroyed once and for all...
Just what is 'this country's identity' Baz?
Right. Along with Channel 4

/// Just what is 'this country's identity' Baz? ///

If you don't know that, then it is a waste of time Baz, myself or anyone else trying to explain it to you.
please indulge me. Just a sentence to say what this countries identity is.
We are a majority white country..do you have a problem with that ?
I'm well aware of the ethnic make up of our country. Let's think of it as a camera which takes a snapshot of history. If it took a picture now, how would you describe it?
