The easiest way to remove obstacles from the highway, and that is to physically remove them, and dump them in an appropriate place.
Seems strange that Nottingham Council are asking the Police to ban an arranged EDL march, but no mention of them banning this idiotic protest.

I am also in favour of peaceful protest, but that really only applies if the message is appropriate, and the demo is aimed at, and affects the individuals involved directly.
None of those provisos apply here.
For a start, ALL lives matter.
Secondly, the notion of taking a concept which has originated in America, and bringing it over here in this way is not at all helpful to the cause they are attempting to support.
And finally, the disruption of the lives, jobs and holidays of people who may very well (and who wouldn't!) support the ideals they promote is simply unacceptable.
The BLM organisation has not covered itself in glory today.
