Wednesday. Looking good for another sunny day today. Yesterday was a lovely day. Warm and sunny all day. My friends loved the snowflake. She wasn't so sure at first, but she soon got used to them.

We've just been for a walk, snowflake and I, It's rather nice out, no air movement whatsoever. Might spend some time in the garden. Well, someone has to make sure everything keeps growing as it should. Thirsty work, so it is, just as swell there's plenty of Guinness in the fridge.

G'day Boaty, peeing down here, cold and windy too. Spent the day in front of the fire doing accounting stuff. All ready to pass on to a real accountant to check and submit so the taxman can send me a bill ;-(.

Morning Ummmm, might have mentioned how accident prone my fedil is in the past. Bought her a t-shirt yesterday. On the front it has a safety sign printed.

I'm creative enough when it comes to profit and loss, lagers might make me "unbelievably creative", don't want the taxman looking too closely.

We were recently checked by the tax man. They took all our paperwork but didn't pull us up on anything....even though somethings were bordering on pee taking :-)

Morning all !

Rather too hot for me yesterday, and it looks as if its going to be the same today. My trusty old PC died on me on Monday. I was least 10 years old, maybe more, so I don't suppose it was unexpected.

So I bought a new one yesterday and am now struggling with Windows 10 !

I was taught how to book keep by an accountant and the one bit of advice he gave me is when you file things make it as easy as possible for the tax man to go through.

Some people just throw their receipts in a box.....unhappy taxman!

File them in monthly order, highlight the date....happy taxman!! :-)

Hi Minty & Mikey.

Don't be disheartened with W10 Mikey. It's a bit different but not too difficult to get used to. A few tweaks and odds and *** and you should be happy.
I've put it on 3 lappies and 1 pc so far, a few frustrating moments then all good.
