fiction-factory - //Khandro- I have mentioned before that these surveys of Muslims have been shown to be flawed. How does one find 500 representative Muslims given that they aren't registered as such on the electoral roll. Do they do a scientific survey that includes a fair spread of socio economic groups? No - it's far easier and cheaper to go to a town in Birmingham or Bradford and maybe stand outside a mosque or go to the market. I would take these surveys with a very large pinch of salt, although I would agree that there are concerns about how some groups feel they are not part of our society- partly their fault, partly ours.
But I don't see how any of this is relevant to this thread. The Mail and AB posters know that putting the word Muslim in a title will attract the attention of the anti Muslim readers //
That reads more like the sort of reasoned observation that belongs on a site like this - where people are simply exchanging views and opinions, and having a discussion, and are not minded to have their opinions and views trashed by those who wish to adopt the higher academic argument territory, with absolutely no grounds to do so, apart from their own rather lofty opinion of themselves.
