The article says a 'rush is expected' to get here before the cutoff date. That is my point, how many will decide to establish themselves here by arriving in the near future?
At the moment we do not know exactly how many EU nationals are here as there are no records kept , estimates vary by a 1/4 million or so either way! Nor do we know how many 'Brits' are living in the EU .
