Especially liked the bit Trump said he will put Hilary in Jail.
Which 'The Left' are you referring to?
I don't know what those on the left thought but i am sure that the posts on AB today have suggested it was fairly even last night and one strong Trump supporter on here was scathing of Trump's performance last night.

"Especially liked the bit Trump said he will put Hilary in Jail."

Yes, because threatening to put political opponents in jail is a terribly strong mark of democracy. [cough] Putin [/cough]

I haven't watched it yet, so can't comment too much. The review I read so far suggested it was a score draw, but Trump presumably needs more than that. His core support is hardly going to desert him at this stage so it's about appealing to the undecided. Is a draw going to that? Doubtful. But he's still in the race for some reason, so there's that going for him.
TTT - //you should know andy //

Should I, well, I don't, so please indulge me ...
Jim.

\ Doubtful. But he's still in the race for some reason, so there's that going for him.\\
Plus.........what people often say in public is not necessarily replicated in private.........i.e they may well still vote for Trump.

Who knows...time will tell.
Is there a silence from the left?

Not even sure what 'the left' even means in an American context. Most of the influential US newspapers put it down as a Clinton win. Polls taken after the debate also point to a Clinton win.

I meant the left on here who had a love in 5 minutes after the last debate. I assume they are less convinced by Hillary this time.
Independent

// Hillary Clinton has won the second presidential debate according to voters, the first opinion poll has found.

The CNN poll found 57 per cent of people feel Ms Clinton won the debate, compared to 34 per cent of voters who felt Donald Trump performed best.

A further poll by YouGov found 47 per cent of people polled favoured Ms Clinton while 42 per cent backed Mr Trump.

Among people who had previously been undecided about who they would be casting their vote for, Clinton also won narrowly by 44 per cent to 41 per cent. //

No he, and others, believe she has committed a criminal offence. One the Establishment keep trying to gloss over.
Do you fu ymg?l
Was that an unfortunate typo? :-D
Ooops :-)
Lol. Flu .
Ah, no the coughs were Jim's.
According to the news two polls put Hilary ahead in the debate
But very close.

And we all know how accurate polls can be. As Sqad pointed out what people say in public and do in private can be two different things especially when people fee threatened by what they reply.

At this point in time it all looks pretty even. We're doomed either way.
Quite right " what people say in private and in public can be different " just look at Trump. !!!!!l!
