what with all the remainiacs squealing it would be far more lucrative to go over to the production of sour grapes.

You have started a thread in news just for this joke?

I mean it's brilliant, possibly genius but really ...news?
A lot of French wine I've tasted tastes pretty sour anyway.

Anyway, I don't know why you keep protesting at the voice of the 'remaniacs' as you call us. We were almost 50% of the vote and we ain't going quietly so I'd stop whinging if i were you.

Just wait till the real process begins.
Have you got a link?
Surely with all this alleged British vinegar about it will be boom time for French wine!
It will be Chinese wine you are drinking soon!

Who starts more sour grapes threads than anyone else?

I prefer a Chilean Red myself.

Zacs: "We were almost 50% of the vote" - yes that's the operative point isn't it.
Ich, congrats, unexpected anti British dig but well executed. You'll be so much happier when you are "independent".

I am confused. Was it not you who raised the subject of unpleasant-tasting grapes being produced in Britain (!)
Mamya is right Chile red all the way.
You really like to wring the last drop of humour out of something, don't you, TGT?

It's not really a news item but seeing as you like to view your own opinions as having far greater import than they actually do, I'm hardly surprised that you like all of your musings to be posted where they will receive most traffic.
You are odd. Very odd.
I think someone has been drinking a bit too much buckie!!

Nope. It's that we have an opinion and no matter how many times you whinge like a petulant child, we'll voice it.
They are treating us very Chablis.

I'm not the one trying to override the democratic will of the people.
Is there only one, then TTT?
I'm sure all 47.48% aren't trying to override democracy either. I think most just want to make the best of it but many realise the difficulties that may lie ahead and the compromises we may have to consider- that isn't always sour grapes
exactly ff.
Well with climate change we'll be gradually making more and more French like wines and they'll have to swop to Spanish type varieties.
"They are treating us very Chablis. "

Nice one Khandro. Just don't start banging on about Angela Merlot again ...
The OP was full of noble rot.
