Cannot Be Named Because Of Age ????
Today, two 15 year old "children" were found guilty of murdering a mother and her daughter. The male admitted guilt from the start, the girl was found guilty at her trial. Why is it that they cannot be named ? Surely they give up all rights to anonymity when they they commit the crime ! As far as I'm concerned, it should be name and shame. The law in this case is an ass !!

In real life they were given new identities: one became a writer of crime books (the other works with horses or something). A horrible crime, born out of a weird toxic friendship, but both have served their time and become useful members of society rather than being kept in jail at society's expense forever. I think that's a good outcome.
//Please give those less fortunate than you, the names and identity of these two 'minors'? ?//
JtH knows better than that. There are reporting restrictions imposed as a result of a Court Order. Anyone publishing their names anywhere (until such restrictions are lifted) will potentially be subject to contempt of court proceedings.

///It was JTH's insinuation that one has a lesser brain power if one cannot work out who they are///
That is in your own head, AOG.
I didn't claim to have superior brain-power, I just commented that it wouldn't take much of anyone else's.
Have you worked it out yet?
What difference does it actually make if we were to be told their names?
