Should we be concerned about Trump's nasal/sinus issue ? Even after 3 debates he continues to snort/sniffle and whistle when talking ?

It's probably a reaction to stress.

In Trump's case, stress is caused by someone not listening to him without interrupting, and then not agreeing with everything he just said.

I think that snorting sniffling noise is normal for large hogs.
