We don't know it will go through yet, looks unlikely at the moment. As more of the Royals are ageing new fresh members to do their jobs seems eminently sensible to me.

I don't think the royal purse will increase since there is a Sovereign Grant which helps to fund the Royal Family and the amount paid is not dependent upon the number of "royals" it funds.

I'm not too sure which royal I'd most like to see opening a supermarket round here, but I've no complaint if they're actually going to earn the money. (And even opening supermarkets is a job, just like switching on the lights in Oxford St).

It won't make any difference whatever to the amount of tax we pay. It may influence where what we pay goes: but somehow I couldn't care less. It'll be more unelected bureaucrats giving jobs to two unelected officials - Brexit hasn't quite sorted that one out has it (damn this wine tastes a bit off!) ?
