"the bulger killers where named. i just think the public have the right to know."
And which "Right" would that be?
Imagine they're named and you've petitioned for this and then the family who have nothing to do with it are attacked or firebombed.
Would you not feel guilty and partly responsible?
This is why they shouldn't be named although their names probably will become common knowledge once their fellow prisoners find out who they are.
Does anyone know whether they're given fake charges and papers so that when fellow prisoners want to confirm what they're in for they're not "Rumbled"?

YMB - I am the first to agree that I am not always right.
If Tora is secure in his view, then nothing I can say is going to change that - so I am unsure why you feel the need to defend it for him.
His view is not rational, as he freely admits, but that does not negate his right to hold it, and it does not infer that I think his intellect is inferior because he holds it.
I have said nothing of the kind - so perhaps you could dial your imagination down a touch.

YMB - did you notice that I didn't automatically shoot back the 'I will post what I want and you can't stop me ...' or a message of that type, which is the usual retort of people who want me to stop saying what I believe to be true.
That is because I have a greater sense of personal security, and I don't mind the disapproval of others.
