If you can't understand what's happening, Jonathan Pie explains it very well. Some fruity language. Thanks to zebo for posting this on another thread I thought it would benefit from a thread of it's own.

It is a p|ss take. Like Alan Partridge or Alf Garnett.
It is the creation of a comedy actor who is poking fun at news bloggers.
If by posting this you think you are proving a point, then you are clearly missing the joke. The Alf Garnett character has two audiences, those who laughed with him, and those who laughed at him.
I fear you are laughing with the Jonathan Pie comedy character, rather than laughinh at him.

If you put 'Brexit' in the search bar on AB, you will see that since the beginning of October, there have been 34 questions on Brexit.
Three have been from a Remainer point of view, and 31 have been from those supporting Leave.
It appears that you may be on to something.
Rather than the Remain constituency of AB endlessly moaning, it's actually the winning side, Leave - who are doing all the complaining.
Or rather - it's not complaining. It's point-scoring and gloating.
And I'm suspect that those of us who voted to remain would have been no different.

I think some of the posters here are confused about left/right issues. I've been called a right-on leftie for example on Brexit and Muslim threads when I have not voted Labour since I voted for Callaghan in 1979 and have voted Tory since 1983. Being concerned about trump doesn't make you a lefty either- I would have preferred another Republican candidate. But let's give Trump a chance
