I would imagine after a campaign as long and exhausting as this on has been, Mrs Clinton is glad not to have to worry about every aspect of her appearance being judged, so she can dial down the political 'face' and relax a little.

She has a very long, very hard campaign. She hasn't been very well on a few occasions, and she has been beaten into submission by that Ogre. She got more popular than him as well.

I was being facetious with the ‘washed up’ – rather fitting in the circumstances I thought - but in fairness she’s a 69 year old woman and of course she’s tired after all that campaigning, not to mention utterly ‘gutted’ by the result. Anyone in her situation would look weary.
