What seems strange about this stabbing is the fact that some newspapers are reporting that teenagers are involved, yet others just state that a man has been held on suspicion of attempting murder.
There is also the usual "Scotland Yard said the incident was not being treated as terrorism related at this stage and a knife was recovered".

I cannot seem to make the connection between a recent stabbing of a policeman to an earlier stabbing of a teacher.
